Sign-up Bonus

Before you apply, make sure your ability to get the sign-up bonus is not limited by Chase restrictions on an additional sign-up bonus or the Chase 5/24 rule. Also be mindful of the unwritten 30 day application rule.

There are no additional cardholder fees.

Earn Points on Spending

1. Earn 3X Ultimate Rewards points You earn 3 points total for each $1 of the first $150,000 spent each account anniversary year on combined purchases in the following rewards categories: travel; shipping; advertising purchases made with social media sites and search engines; and internet, cable, and phone services. (Click here for a complete definition of travel from Chase)

2. You earn 5x points per $1 on Lyft rides through March 2025.

3.  You also earn 1X point on all other purchases.

Earn Extra Points

Earn extra rewards points from partner merchants when you shop online through Chase Ultimate Rewards.

No Foreign Transaction Fees

Pay no foreign transaction fees when you use your card on purchases made outside the United States.

Point to Point Transfer With No Transfer Fees

Transfer points to participating frequent travel programs with no transfer fees and at full 1:1 value – that means 1000 Ultimate Rewards points equal 1000 partner miles/points. Read about how to transfer points to travel programs here.

20% Off Travel

Get 20% off airfare, hotels, car rentals and cruises when you redeem through Ultimate Rewards. For example, a $500 flight requires just 40,000 points.  Read about how to redeem points through Ultimate Rewards here.

Cell Phone Protection

Get up to $600 per claim in Cell Phone Protection against covered theft or damage for you (and your employees listed on your monthly cell phone bill) when you pay it with your card.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance

If you purchase a portion of your trip with your card, you may be able to take advantage of the Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance benefit if necessary.  Read more here.
