If you were going to be booking a hotel stay anyway this month and paying for it with $, you may want to consider the below offer.

During the period of March 1 to March 31, 2020 you can earn 5% Cash Back/5x Chase points on up to $2,500 in hotel purchases made through Chase Ultimate Rewards using your Chase Freedom Unlimited card.  So if you spend $2,500, you will earn 12,500 Chase points, if you spend $1000, you will earn 5,000 Chase points and so on.

Know that you only need to purchase the hotel stay during the period of 3/1-3/31.  The stay can be in the future.
