One of the ways to use Capital One Venure Miles and Capital One Spark Miles is by transferring them to airline partners. TAP Miles&Go is one of the airline partners and normally 1000 Capital One Miles = 1000 Miles.

And now through May 31, if you are a Capital One Venture, VentureOne, Spark Miles, and Spark Miles Select customer you can now transfer your miles to TAP Miles&Go Program and earn an extra 5,000 miles on your first transfer, with a minimum of 5.000 Miles transferred.
