If you have had your American Express Business Platinum Card prior to November 1, 2020, you should have this offer available to you in your Amex offers.

Through June 30, 2021, you can earn an extra 4 Membership Rewards Points (so 5x points) per eligible dollar spent, up to 80,000 points in EACH of the following categories of spend:
