The usual sign-up bonus offers for the Citi / AAdvantage Platinum Select World Elite MasterCard is 50,000 AAdvantage miles after you spend $1,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of account opening.  However, there is currently a limited time offer where Citi is offering sign-up bonuses of 60,000 American AAdvantage miles with a $3,000 spend with the regular card ($99 annual fee waived the first year).

You can access the offer for the card here

With the card, you earn 2x miles on all American Airlines purchases and 1x miles on all other purchases. You earn 1X miles on all other purchases.

There are no foreign transaction fees on purchases with the card.  The card allows your first bag checked free for you and up to 4 companions.

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
