I recently applied for the Citi Rewards+ Card that I got and I will post about that soon.  However, it was not automatically added to my Citi account log in, where I can see my other ThankYou cards.  In fact, it opened up an entirely new Citi ThankYou account for me (or thats how it seemed online) and made by Citi log in quite confusing and convoluted.

I called and surprisingly did not wait on hold more than 5 minutes.  The rep assured me that he added the new card to my current log in and that he was able to see it.  I still can’t, but am hopeful that when I get the physical card, I will be able to add it on my own.

Citi definitely does not work as smoothly as Chase, where your new cards are automatically added to your existing log ins.

However, the rep gave me 500 ThankYou Points for my troubles.  He did it during our phone call and they hit my account immediately. Eh, but I will take it!

I got this email a few seconds after……

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
