Learn About and Apply For American Express Cards That Earn Membership Rewards Here

If you have an Amex Platinum or Amex Gold card that earns Membership Rewards points, you may have this offer available to you.

If you don’t mind changing your default card that you use for Amazon for some time, you should check to see if you have this offer in your Amex account on your Platinum or Gold card. Mine was attached to my Platinum card. NOTE, if you have both the Platinum and the Gold, once you attach it to one card, you cannot link it to the other card.

Here is the offer…

“Get 5 additional Membership Rewards points for each dollar spent on eligible purchases made using your enrolled Card online at Amazon by 12/26/2021. Limit of 2,500 Membership Rewards points.

If you don’t have the offer, check back periodically, but many do right now.

If you are someone who will keep track of their Amazon spend and will know when you hit the $500, switch your card back to the “card that you should use for Amazon” after you spend the $500 (500 x 5 = the 2500 cap). If you are a big Amazon spender, you should try to keep track.

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
