I have a bunch of World Of Hyatt points sitting in my account from recently getting the Chase Hyatt Visa card with its 40,000 point bonus.

Like this past year, I am using these points for our stay at the Hyatt Place in St. Petersburg, FL for Jessie’s 2019 swim meet.  I used 5,000 points per night for a 4 night stay.  The cost of the room would have been $376 per night. (huh-crazy!) The Hyatt is a Category 1 property so the redemption amount is 5K per night.

I stayed at this hotel this past year.  It was totally sufficient and quite nice.  It is a steal at only 5,000 points per night.  Thanks World Of Hyatt!
