When the Chase World Of Hyatt Credit Card arrived on the scene a few months ago, it was the first time I ever recall seeing a bonus offer for spending on a very unique category…fitness clubs and gym memberships.  That’s right, with the Hyatt card, you earn 2 World Of Hyatt points for every $1 spent in this category.

I recently read about another unique incentive offered at the Hotel Commonwealth in Boston.  They have a package called Fit To Be Square.  With the package, you borrow a Fitbit step tracker from the hotel and the more you walk, the more you save.  This is the offer…

10,000 steps/day = 10% off

15,000 steps/day = 15% off

20,000 steps/day = 20% off

This would be really easy for those of us who love to walk anyway.  Maybe this is the beginning of a trend….let’s hope!

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
