Dutchess County Fair-Not A Place To Earn Rewards

I recently took my kids to the Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck, NY.  Although I was able to use a credit card for our admission and a few of our meals, I think I spent somewhere in the range of $250 in cash. (I lost track!).  It killed me every time I needed to take the cash out of my wallet.  Luckily, the fair comes around only 1x a year!
