30 Dead Bugs
30 Side Lying Leg Raises
30 Jacks
30 Jack Squats
30 Shoulder Taps
30 Mtn Climbers
30 Alt Reverse Lunges
30 Porn Stars
30 Wind Mills
Repeat 3x Total! (900 reps)
Then…
Push Ups until Failure!
(10 is goal for Women!)
(30 is goal for Men!)
Then…
Arms w Dumbells
30 Curls
30 Lateral Raises
30 Skull Crushers
Done!
1000 Reps!
