Sign-up Bonus
Important-Before you apply, make sure your ability to get the sign-up bonus is not limited by Citi restrictions on an additional sign-up bonus, specifically, Bonus ThankYou Points are not available if you received a new cardmember bonus for Citi Rewards+, Citi ThankYou Preferred, Citi ThankYou Premier/Citi Premier or Citi Prestige, or if you have closed any of these cards, in the past 24 months

There are no additional cardholder fees.
Earn Points on Spending
1. Earn 2x ThankYou Points at supermarkets and gas stations for the first $6,000 per year.
2. Earn 1X ThankYou Points on other purchases
3. Cool!-Round up to the nearest 10 points-The card automatically rounds up to the nearest 10 points on every purchase. (A $2 coffee earns 10 points.) There is no cap on purchases that are rounded up.
10% Points Back
Get 10% Points Back for the first 100,000 ThankYou Points you redeem per year.
Redeem your points through Citi’s Service Center
Be careful what you redeem for. Ideally, you want to get 1 cents per point and you can do that booking travel thru Citi’s online travel booking tool. For example, a $200 airline ticket will cost you 20,000 Citi ThankYou points. You can redeem for flights, hotels, cars, travel packages and activities. Also if you are short on points, you can use your Citi Card and your ThankYou Points together to pay and redeem for all travel available through the online booking tool. Note, if you have a Citi Rewards+ Card you can transfer your ThankYou Points to one Partner, JetBlue TrueBlue at a terrible ratio of 1:1/2.
