Below, I outline the main ways in which to earn and accumulate HawaiianMiles.
1. Fly Hawaiian Airlines or one of Hawaiian Airlines Partner Airlines
You accumulate HawaiianMiles from taking Hawaiian Airlines flights as well as flights on Hawaiian Airlines Partner Airlines. Hawaiian Airlines Pualani Status members earn more.
2. Use your Hawaiian Airlines World Elite MasterCard or your Hawaiian Airlines Business MasterCard
When you use your card you earn 2 miles per $1 spent directly on Hawaiian Airlines purchases and 1 miles per $1 spent on all other purchases.
If you do not already have a Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card, you can apply here for the Hawaiian Airlines World Elite MasterCard and you can apply here for the Hawaiian Airlines Business MasterCard.
3. Transfer points from American Express Membership Rewards
If you are a member of American Express Membership Rewards you can transfer your Membership Rewards points, in 1,000-point increments, to your HawaiianMiles account. At the time of this post, your points transfer at 1:1 value. That means one Membership Rewards point equals one Delta SkyMiles point.
4. Transfer Marriott Bonvoy Points to your HawaiianMiles account
Marriott Bonvoy members can transfer 3 Marriott Bonvoy points to receive 1 HawaiianMile. Whenever you transfer 60,000 points, you get a 15,000 point bonus. So if you have 60,000 points, you can yield 25,000 miles…60,000 becomes 20,000 miles and the extra 15,000 that you get becomes 5,000 airline miles. Transfer your points here to your HawaiianMiles account.
5. Transfer Bilt Points To Your Account
You can tranfser your Bilt Rewards Points to your HawaiianMiles account at 1:1.
6. Shop through the HawaiianMiles Online Mall
Shopping portals are a great place to rack up extra miles, you earn miles while you shop.
