If there is no points activity in your Radisson Rewards account for any 24-month period, we may, at any time and in our sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, void and cancel any or all of your points.
So to avoid this, to stay active you can earn points or use points at least 1x every 24 months. Note that If your membership in Radisson Rewards is terminated, your account will be closed and all points in your account will be cancelled, forfeited, void and no longer available for redemption.
