New applicants can get this card and there bonus is increased to 110,000 Delta SkyMiles thru 8/3/22. 
 
I did my own chat with Amex to make sure that this card was available for existing cardmembers (not just new applicants).
 
It is!
 
In fact, the Amex rep that I was chatting with already replaced about 100 cards today.
