Well, I easily completed two short surveys within the time period. One survey was ironically on credit cards and the other on jewelry. Today I got an email stating…
“Hi, cindy
We are pleased to inform you that you have qualified to receive a Bonus Reward of 1,000 Hilton HHonors(R) Bonus Points.
Redeeming your Reward is easy! Simply follow the three steps below….”
The three steps were basically signing into my e-Rewards account, putting in my Hilton info, my address, etc….
However, the site would not let me complete the form because it kept asking me for my Hilton HHonors pin, not password. Well, I don’t have a Hilton HHonors pin, I only have a password. I emailed e-Rewards and am waiting for a response.
I also called Hilton HHonors and explained my problem. They basically told me that e-Rewards has not yet updated their site (Hilton HHonors members used to have pins–when?). They also deposited 1,000 Hilton HHonors points into my account! Nice of them! I wonder what will happen though when I hear back from e-Rewards. Maybe I will still get the 1,000 points from them too……..that would be doubly nice!!!
