The usual sign-up bonus offer for the Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard® is 50,000 American AAdvantage miles. However, there is currently a limited time offer where Citi is offering sign-up bonuses of 75,000 American AAdvantage miles with a $3,500 spend in the first 4 months.  The $99 fee is waived first year.

With the card you earn 2x Miles all American Airlines purchases, and at restaurants and gas stations.You earn 1X Miles on all other purchases.

There are no foreign transaction fees on purchases with either card.  The card allows your first bag checked free for you and up to 4 companions. And you get preferred boarding privileges with the card.
