The usual sign-up bonus for the JetBlue Plus MasterCard is to receive 40,000 bonus JetBlue TrueBlue points if you spend $1,000 in the first 90 days.  For a limited time, you can earn 60,000 if you spend $1,000 in the first 90 days.
The card has a $99 annual fee.  Here are some of the benefits you receive with the card,

You earn…

1.  Earn 6x points on all JetBlue Purchases.

2.  Earn 2X points at restaurants and grocery stores

3.  Earn 1x point on all other purchases

In addition, you earn 5,000 points every year after your account anniversary.

You pay no foreign transaction fees when you use your card on purchases made outside the United States.  In addition, you get 10% of your points back every time you redeem.

As a cardmember, you are entitled to a Free first checked bag for the primary cardholder and up to 3 travel companions on the same reservation who have purchased Blue fares.
