The usual sign-up offer for the American Express Starwood Preferred Guest Business Card  is 25,000 Starwood Preferred Guest Points (Starpoints) respectively, after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of account opening. But until November 1, 2017, you can earn up to 35,000 bonus Starpoints…

You can earn 25,000 bonus Starpoints after you use your new Card to make $6,000 in purchases within the first 3 months and an extra 10,000 bonus Starpoints after you make an additional $4,000 in purchases within the first 6 months.   So you need to spend a total of $10K to get the 35,000 Starpoints.
