Info for this Rent Day, February 1-The Rent Day benefit for today, February 1, is a transfer bonus to avianca lifemiles. (not a typo, the program name is all lowercase 🙂 ).
Bilt Blue members can transfer points with a 20% bonus.
Bilt Silver members can transfer points with a 40% bonus.
Bilt Gold members can transfer points with a 50% bonus.
Bilt Platinum members can transfer points with a 100% bonus.
I would not just transfer to transfer because of the bonus offer. I would only transfer if you know you will be booking an avianca flight in the future.

Targeted Spending Bonuses-a few lucky cardholders reached out to me in January because they had 5x spending offers. Watch your emails to see if you are targeted. Unfortunately, I was not!
Earn points when purchasing a home-if you are purchasing a home through an eXp Realty agent you can earn 1 Bilt point for every $2 of a home’s purchase price. There is no overall cap on the number of points you can earn on a single home purchase. You can get more details here.
WALGREENS- If you use a card from your Bilt Wallet at Walgreens, you will earn Bilt points. YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE A BILT CARD. You just need to use any card in your Bilt wallet. You will earn 2x per $1 on Walgreens products and 1x per $1 on all other purchases.
Rent Day Experiences-Know that many of the Rent Day experiences are bookable prior to the first of the month. So make sure you are all opening your Bilt emails, checking your app, etc., to see if these are things you want to take advantage of.
And, as always…
Don’t forget, today you get double points (other than on rent) up to 1,000 points as follows:
1. 3x points on dining-so today you would earn 6x points on dining.
2. 2x points on travel- so today you would earn 4x points on travel
3. 1x point on other things-so today you would earn 2x points on all your other purchases.
Remember, you need to make at least 5 transactions in a statement period to earn the points on the rent.
