Apply For The JetBlue Plus MasterCard Here

I could not pass up a limited time bonus offer for the JetBlue Plus MasterCard.  The  OFFER is to earn 60,000 JetBlue TrueBlue Points (instead of 30,000) after you spend $1,000 in the first 90 days.  There is an annual fee of $99, worth it for 60,000 points!  (At this point the 60K offer has expired and the current offer is 30K).

However, as is always the case, I was a little nervous about not being approved because I HAVE A LOT OF CARDS AND SO DOES ROB!  In fact, when we completed our credit applications online, we both did not get automatically approved but instead were told we would get a decision shortly.
But I really wanted these 60,000 JetBlue TrueBlue points.  So to get around this, I called the Barclays credit department (866-408-4064) to ask them to move some of my credit from my Barclaycard Arrival Plus World Elite MasterCard to this new JetBlue Plus MasterCard.  I did the same thing for Rob.  Barclays Bank happily obliged and I moved $5,000 in credit in both mine and Rob’s accounts.  Why shouldn’t Barclays do this?  They are not extending us any additional credit, and they are banking on us to use it.  And we will, for at least $1,000 in purchases that is…  🙂

120,000 JetBlue TrueBlue points coming our way!

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
