About Leading Hotels Of The World Leaders Club

Unknown

Leading Hotels Of The World has numerous luxury hotels in many countries.  There is very strict criteria that a property must meet to be considered for inclusion in Leading Hotels.  A hotel is evaluated based on  accommodations, service, cuisine, employee behavior and facilities.  You can access a list of all of their luxurious resorts here.

Although it used to be a hotel recognition program, it is now a hotel rewards club. When you stay, you will earn one (1) Leaders Club point for every $1 you spend on the room rate for each qualifying stay. Your Leaders Club account must be activated and associated with the booking prior to your arrival to earn Leaders Club points for that stay. I learned this the hard way when I could not earn points on my stay at Grace Bay because I did not add my account to my reservation upon booking.

There are 2 membership levels: Club and Sterling. The site touts that the benefits are worth over $500 at the Club Level and over $2,000 at the Sterling level. To earn and maintain Sterling status, you must spend at least $5,000  on room rate spend within a calendar year. Sterling benefits will commence on the date you earn Sterling status and will continue through December 31st of the following calendar year.

You can learn about the benefits of each membership level here.

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
