The card has no annual fee.
With the card you earn 7x points per $1 spent at a hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio, 5X points per $1 spent at restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations located in the US and 3X points per $1 for all other eligible purchases on your Card You also receive complimentary Hilton Honors Silver status with the card.
