It cost .01 cents per point to transfer Southwest Rapid Rewards points.  So you can transfer 1,000 points for $10.  Once you transfer, the transaction is nonrefundable and nonreversible.  The transfer can take up to 72 hours.  Note that transferred points do not count toward Tier or Companion Pass status.  Points can be transferred in blocks of 500 with a minimum initial transfer of 2,000 points and a daily maximum of 60,000 points.

And now, if you have a Chase Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Premier Business Card or a Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Performance Business Card, if you use your card today for the transfer of points to another Rapid Rewards Member, fees associated with the transfer will be reimbursed – up to $500 in statement credits per anniversary year.

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
