Since we are not taking our big ski trip to Whistler until March next year (we usually go in February), I am going to book a few ski weekends in Vermont prior to.  In fact, I just booked one at the Equinox, in Manchester, Vermont. We can use the hotel as our base to ski at Stratton Mountain, 20 minutes away. The Equinox is a Starwood Resort and part of Starwood’s Luxury Collection. It is also an SPG Category 5 resort.

The rooms available on points were the rooms with one king bed.  (Maybe I would have found different inventory, had I made a call)  However, it will just be Rob and the boys going that weekend, so the room should be sufficient and Mason loves a good cot.  I booked the room for Starpoints per night for 2 nights.   These rooms would have cost $549 per night.  We saved about $1,100 using points.

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
