Starwood Preferred Guest Points Got Us A Kids Free Getaway to the Amazing St Regis Monarch Beach on Starpoints and A Savings of $2,500

Rob and I spent 5 nights a couple of summers ago at the St. Regis Monarch Beach.  This resort is a Starwood Resort and SPG Category 7.  Conservatively, this hotel is about $500 per night.  So for 5 nights, the hotel would have cost us about $2,500.  Instead, we stayed on Starpoints of course at  30,000 Starpoints per night.  So in total we used a hefty 120,000 Starpoints because the 5th night was free. But it was so worth it!

The hotel is gorgeous.  We played a few rounds of golf at the beautiful golf course on the ocean.  The spa, gym and pool were amazing and the hotel is very close to all of those great California towns along the coast, like Laguna and Newport Beach.  It was a great relaxing and FREE 5 days!

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
