What Does “Travel” Mean For The U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite Card Travel Credit?

With the U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite card, each year you automatically receive up to $325 in statement credits as reimbursement for travel-related purchases charged to your card. Well how does U.S. Bank define travel for this purpose? The following is directly from the U.S. Bank site….

“purchases made directly from airlines, hotels, car rental companies, taxis, limousines, passenger trains and cruise lines”

So the above purchases will qualify as those entitled to the $325 statement credit.
