Unknown-1Fairmont Rewards points are earned with the Chase Fairmont Visa Signature Card (if you have one, the card is no longer available through the Chase site). Once you have earned the points, how do you then use the points for free travel? The options are listed below.

1. Redeem points for free stays at Fairmont, Raffles, and Swiss hotels

Redeem points for Ovation Free Night Rewards certificates.  The number of points needed for a free night certificate depends on the Collection category of hotel.  These collections range from Collection A (the lowest category) to Collection D (the highest).  You can see all of the Ovation Resorts by Collection here.

Ovation Rewards include hotel accommodations, with breakfast, applicable taxes and gratuities, for two.  There are several room categories and locations to choose from in each of our four hotel collections, each reflecting a different price threshold and level of recognition.

Once the reward is issued, Ovation Rewards handles your entire hotel itinerary through a dedicated reservations line. Ovation Reward stays are accepted to the last room available in the room category purchased, and are free of blackout dates.

2. Contact the Chase Travel Center to redeem points and purchase your travel

You may redeem Fairmont Rewards for available airline tickets and car rentals through the Chase Travel Center-toll-free travel redemption number 1-855-234-2538 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Redemptions are made in 1 Fairmont Reward increments for each $0.0100 incremental ticket value. For example, 20,000 Fairmont Rewards can be redeemed for a $200 airline ticket.  If you want to book a ticket with a value greater than the redemption value of your Fairmont Rewards, the additional amount must be paid for using your Card.

A huge shout out to CINDY GREENSTEIN, aka The Points Mom, for helping me book our flights to Greece using points. Money wise it would have cost $12k. I learned so much from her! Contact her. You will not be disappointed.
