Ways To Use Icelandair Saga Points

Now that you have accumulated all of these Icelandair Saga Points, how can you use these miles for free travel? The options are listed below.

1. Use Points For Flights

You can use your Mileage Plan miles to book flights on Icelandair (and Alaska Airlines and Air Iceland Connect). You can use the points as follows:

  • Use Saga Points as a paying method
  • Use the amount of Points you wish
  • Pay for a part of the airfare or for the whole fare
  • Pay taxes and fees with points
  • Earn Points while using Points

2. Use Points For Upgrades

When flying with Icelandair, Icelandair Saga Club members have the option of using their Saga Points to upgrade their seat and service from Economy Flex to Saga Premium. Saga Club members can use their Saga Points to book a hotel through Icelandair hotel search empowered by Voyage.

3. Use Points For Car Rentals
