Wyndham Rewards has teamed up with Bakkt and has the following offer available.

You have the ability to convert your Wyndham Rewards points to cash that will live in your Bakkt account. With the cash in Bakkt, you can spend it with Apple Pay and Google Pay, buy gift cards, send to a friend, or transfer to your bank account. 

And for a limited time, through March 22,2022, you can earn up to 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points when you link your Wyndham Rewards account with Bakkt and redeem points for cash.

Setup Process:

1. Download the app
2. Create an account
3. Get 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points when you connect your Wyndham Rewards account by March 22, 2022
4. Get another 2,000-point bonus when you redeem your Wyndham Rewards points for cash between February 16, 2022 and March 22, 2022

I did it and it totally worked. The minute I connected my accounts, I got the 1,000 Wyndham Rewards. And then I converted 100 (the minimum) Wyndham Rewards to cash (it yielded a whopping .35 cents in cash) and got an additional 2,000 points. My account balance is now 2900 as I used the 100 to convert. It took 2 minutes of time to get those 2900 points.
